CONVOCATORIA PREMIOS XXIX CERTAMEN JÓVENES INVESTIGADORES 2016

Primero. Beneficiarios. Jóvenes estudiantes matriculados durante el curso 2014-2016 en centros docentes españoles de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria, Bachillerato o Formación Profesional. Podrán tomar parte en este Certamen, de forma individual o colectiva, hasta un máximo de 3 personas, jóvenes de nacionalidad española y todos aquellos jóvenes ciudadanos legalmente establecidos en España, que hayan cumplido 15 años antes del 31 de diciembre de 2016 y que no hayan cumplido 20 años a 30 de septiembre de 2016.
Podrá ampliarse la edad, en el caso de que los participantes sean personas con discapacidad.

Los participantes presentarán un trabajo de investigación relacionado con cualesquiera de las áreas del currículo.

Segundo. Objeto. Premios de investigación dirigidos a despertar vocaciones investigadoras entre los jóvenes estudiantes.

Cuarto. Premios y Cuantía. El importe total de los premios es de 95.000 €: 1 premio Especial del Certamen Jóvenes Investigadores de 5.000 € 8 primeros premios de 4.000 € cada uno
10 segundos premios de 3.000 € cada uno 9 terceros premios de 2.000 € cada uno 10 accésit de 1.000 € cada uno
1 Premio a la memoria mejor evaluada por el CSIC de 3.000 €
Hasta 3 premios para representar a España en el Certamen Europeo de Jóvenes Investigadores 1 premio especial dotado por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, de 4.000 €
1 premio especial dotado por la Universidad de Málaga
1 premio especial Alan Turing, dotado por la Sociedad Científica Informática de España y la Conferencia de Decanos y Directores de Ingeniería Informática de España
1 estancia financiada por la Fundación ONCE
8 estancias en centros de investigación del CSIC, dotadas por el CSIC 1 estancia financiada por la Real Sociedad Española de Física Mención de Honor a profesor coordinador cuya labor de fomento e impulso de la investigación entre los jóvenes haya sido apreciada como especialmente destacable por el jurado Mención de Honor a centro docente o asociación cuya labor haya sido especialmente destacable en el fomento de la cultura científica, tecnológica e investigadora en el ámbito de la juventud. Mención de Honor, a persona o institución destacada en las labores de fomento de la cultura científica, tecnológica e investigadora en el ámbito de la juventud.

Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Las solicitudes se podrán cumplimentar mediante el formulario de inscripción correspondiente que será accesible por vía telemática a través de la página Web del INJUVE o del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte: http://www.injuve.es o http://www.mecd.gob.es Las solicitudes se podrán presentar en el plazo de veinte días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente extracto en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado".

3.    The members of each of the groups must prepare an oral presentation based on the contents of the PowerPoint presentation you wrote in Spanish (I will provide a translation into English). They also have to comment the graphs, maps, images that appear in the PowerPoint presentation (the PowerPoint presentation will be shown in Spanish to the audience, so the members of each group must prepare their own notes or cards in English, based on the teacher’s translation)

5.    Rehearse the presentation: FIRST REHEARSAL = ORAL EXAM: Friday 27/05/16

6.    Give the presentation (5 minutes per group approximately)
